Summary: Nepsis is a Minneapolis-based wealth management firm serving high-net-worth individuals and families through a comprehensive family office model. The old site looked nothing like the firm it represented — dated visually and missing the sophistication their clients expect. I led discovery research into how luxury brands present themselves online, which shaped the content tone, visual layout, and overall feel of the new site. I also created the information architecture, navigation, and wireframes.
