Nura Clinics Website Design

Summary: Nura Clinics is a Minnesota-based chronic pain management clinic with multiple locations serving patients navigating complex, long-term conditions. Their existing site was visually dated, and years of service additions had made the content difficult to sort through for patients and caregivers trying to find care. I ran user interviews to understand where people were getting stuck, used those findings to redesign the experience around that core user, and ran usability testing to confirm the design was working before handoff.
